open-take is an agent-native demo recorder. You tell your coding agent to make a demo of your app; it drives the real thing in a real browser and hands you a polished MP4 — smooth synthetic cursor, click-aware zooms, motion blur — plus an editable composition you refine by asking for changes in plain language.

Why an agent-driven camera

Screen recorders infer zoom intent from raw cursor motion. An agent-driven camera never infers: it knows every click, coordinate and timestamp, because it wrote the plan. The cinematic layer is driven by ground truth, and the camera itself is measured — a critically-damped spring fitted to a reference export (punch-in ≈ 730 ms, release ≈ 1.8× slower).

Refinement is conversational or visual — same file either way:

• Ask. Watch the review copy, give notes like beat 3: no zoom or look: slate. Your agent re-renders from the kept capture; your app is never re-driven.
• Drag. open-take edit opens a local visual editor over the live, pixel-faithful preview.
